Leather is a beautiful, natural material that gets better with age. To keep your bag looking its best:

  • Condition: Use a leather conditioner every few months to maintain its suppleness.
  • Storage: Store your bag in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight.
  • Cleaning: Wipe it down with a soft, damp cloth if needed. Avoid using harsh chemicals or soaking the leather. If you have any specific questions about caring for your bag, I’m happy to help—just send me a message!

Your satisfaction is my top priority. If for any reason you’re not completely happy with your purchase, you can return your bag within 14 days of receiving it. The bag must be unused and in its original packaging. Please visit our Refund Policy page for more details, or contact me at info@paul-richard.com to start the return process.

Cancellations are valid 24 hours after ordering.
To be eligible for a return, your bag must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
To start a return, please email me at info@paul-richard.com with your order number and a brief explanation of why you’d like to return the item. I will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your return. 

Once your return is received and inspected, I will send you an email to notify you that I have received your returned item. I will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, email me at info@paul-richard.com and I will assist you with the exchange process.
